Talent rich youth aspirants in the age group of 18-35 years are trained in new economy livelihood programs which not only enhance their skills but also widen their career opportunities in internet- based jobs in e-commerce, social media, computerized accounting, digital marketing, graphic designing, web designing, hardware & networking, micro-finance and retail.
Trained youth are working across range of job roles that include customer care executives, customer relationship managers, PR executive, tele callers, data entry operators, digital service executives, account executives, cashier, logistic executives, ecommerce executives, graphic designers, app developers, digital marketing executives, and securing gainful livelihood with a monthly salary in the range of 15,000 INR. Such jobs enable themarginalized children to contribute in their family income and participate in decision making processes, thus empowering and transforming their lives.
